My interest in alternative therapies developed when family members used them to aid recovery from long term health conditions. This inspired me to study Complementary Therapies, with a pathway to Reflexology at the University of Cumbria. I have continued to train and expand my knowledge in other disciplines which I feel work together to provide my clients with the type of treatment most suited to their needs at a particular point in time. I work from my treatment room is in the grounds of my family home in Thursby, West of Carlisle in North Cumbria.

I also have a passion for assisting my clients to discover methods of self help to empower them to find a greater sense of wellbeing and improved quality of life.

My time off is spent off with my grown up family, gardening, cooking with produce from the garden, walking and spending time outdoors in the local area and the nearby Lake District.

I am a full member of both the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) to ensure I offer my clients the best professional support possible.
